Would you leave your body parts after you die?

I have just filled out a paper at our hospital where I declared that after I die I want all the parts that can be taken from me, to be taken so that other people that are still alive can lead a better life. You can donate only the things you want. I have given my authorisation to take anything they want.
What do you think? Would you do the same or rather prefer to be burried intact, as you are?

I am happy for you for finding the courage to do such a thing! Thanks to people like you I am living today.. I once had trouble in my kidney and had to wait for it to be replaced. Now, thanks to someone kind-hearted like you, I am living a proper life. I would donate wathever is good for others, because I could save someone's life/time and I would not need them anymore!

I haven't really thought about that, but I would probably give authorization to give out my body organs that would be useful for people that are in need for them.

I won't be needing them anyways when I'm gone so I would. I just don't understand why alot of people find it so wrong or bad to do that. I've thought about that so much and I think it's great if most people would donate theirs. It's a good thing knowing you could save someone's life one day.

I would definitely donate many of my organs.
I think it would depend on what the list is on whether I would donate everything. I would like to think I would, but I don't know if I can make that decision until I see the list.
I do think it is important though - if you're not going to be able to use them anyway, the ability to help save someone else so they can go on is definitely one I would like to have.
