Do you brush(clean) your teeth twice a day?

I brush my teeth only one time/day and I know that it's no good, but sometimes in the evening I forgot it! But in the morning I remember to brush my teeth.

I always brush my teeth twice a day, once in the morning (after I get up) and once in the evening (just before I go to bed). Sometimes I brush them three times a day depending on what I've had for lunch. The part I'm rather forgetful about is flossing. I realize it is important but perhaps because I wasn't taught this when I was brought up is the reason I just seem to forget about it most times.
