Since I was in college, I became a big fan of sushi. There is only one place that I absolutely crave it from and that is in Springfield, Missouri at a place called Nakatos. I haven't had any better. I was just wondering where all of you have found your best sushi at?

I've only tasted sushi from 2 places so far.. My 1st time was at Dads (courtesy of Saisaki) and the rest was from Tokyo, Tokyo..
It was after my college graduation rites when we went to Dads to celebrate.. My dad told me that it's good thats why I tried it.. I was hesitant at first cos I know it was sort of raw.. But when I had a taste of it, I was forever hooked.. Since it's a buffet at Dads, I think it's me who ate almost every sushi served on the buffet table.. hehe.. It's quite expensive though at Dads thats why I cant eat there often.. So I get my regular sushi supply from Tokyo, Tokyo (Japanese Restaurant).. Their mixed sushi costs around 80+ pesos (approx. US$2).. and there are 8 pieces in a pack..
But the best would have to be at Dads cos they have a wide variety of sushi(s), and you can eat all you can.. YUM..

Hey aaronfinity,
My boyfriend and I found the best sushi in California in a little town on the west coast called Grover Beach. the restaurant is called Yamato's. It's a little "hole in the wall" as we call it. Small town with great service and wonderful food. One of the dishes is grilled Scallops on a California roll with special sauce. It's the best!!!! If you're ever on the West Coast of Cali... you gotta go!!! We live 500 miles away and try to get there at least once a year.

The best sushi ever????hehehe...I just go to Kai Sushi in Downtown Santa Barbara, California. They have a good quality and fresh quality of fish. I don't worry very much about having a problem with my stomach after all.

I've tried many places that offer great sushi, but the best one is KOKORO restaurant. It is on Lafayatte, IN (Purdue Univ). The Sushi Rolls here are amazing, esp. the Ragge Roll, which is maki with alligator meat. Since there's only one chef here, when it's crowded people have to wait for about 1-1.5 hours for their foods to be served. But still, people are keep on coming back because it's worth it.

There are loads of places to eat sushi in London but my favourite there is a little Japanese cafe (not qute a restaurant) called Taro on Old Compton Street. It's always busy and bustling and the portions are huge - great value.
The best looking restauarnt was theis really new place in Chisinau in Moldova where you had to walk along a pebble path to your table and cross a little stream full of fish
