Have you ever wander what gives the life for this lumps of chemicals?

As for the discoverings and scientific theories all living organisms are basically made of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and several other elements. And upto now it's believed to be true and there is no problem. But untill now scientists didnt have any clue what gives these combination of chemicals the ability to show living behaviours(ie, motion, reproduction, locomotion, evolution, growth, excretion, etc.). Recent quantum studies on chemical compounds shows that "water" is the key for life. Without it the chemicals are just chemicals. Today I read this article on a recent New Scientist journal. How amazing isn't it. I will continue in my next post also....
