how often do you get annoyed?

i have read that anger is within you already...and you jss pour it out on certain situations..and saying so' this and that' made me angry....is actually a lame excuse.you are already tensed which makes you react so. is it so? so how often do you loose your temper...and do you feel(ask yourself)that the above statement is true?

I don't get annoyed easily...only if i'm having a really bad week and tons of things go wrong... I could take it out on my pillow only so much...then you better watch what you say to me!
