Where are you from (Country)? Are you proud of your country? If yes, let us know something about your country that makes you proud. Or if no, tell us why? I mean tell us something about your countries.
I am from India & I am proud to be an Indian. Following are few facts that make me proud of my country:
1. India is a land of all seasons & festivals.
2. India is the world's largest, oldest, continuous civilization.
3. India never invaded any country in her last 10000 years of history.
4. India is the world's largest democracy.
5. India invented the Number System. Zero was invented by Aryabhatta.

i'm from the philippines and i'm also proud of my country. its very rich in natural resources. there are many tourist spot places here like the rizal park, fort santiago, nayong filipino. you can also check out swimming pools and resorts, and beaches too. here you can find the famous boracay.

I am proud to be an Indian because:
It is unique in the sense that it is a union of so many different type of people and language. We have as many language as much we have states. So much so that we had to declare a national language seperately.
People are very tolerant and warm hearted. All religions are given their own space without discrimination.
A lot of educated people has come up with international recognition from our country. Our educational standards are regarded high in the world.
I am proud of MAHATMA, RABINDRANATH TAGORE, VIVEKANANDA, SUBHASH CH BOSE, SATYAJIT RAY and all other Noble leutarretes of our country.
Iam proud about Indian YOGA which is so popular in the world.
I am proud of ISKON which preaches the message of peace worldwide.
I am proud of AYURVEDA or herbal medicine which has emanated from our country.
I am proud of Indian CURRY which is so popular and discussed in the west.
