How do you sleep??

Have you slept the same way all your life? Have things changed for you as you get older? Do you sleep on your side, stomach back? I always sleep on my side. If I sleep on my stomach or back for some reason I wake up feeling like my bodies all bruised up or hurting. Could be my bed I guess but I've always felt that way, so I feel most comfortable sleeping on my left side. How about you?

I can't sleep on my back, because I feel I just can't breathe properly. And I feel I'm a corpse. I am always on the side position and stomach position. My husband was wondering how can I breathe in that position. Well it has been a habit of mine for so long and I notice that my son took after me.

Hmmm, if I am not wrong, I used to sleep on my front when I was young. Nowadays, I prefer sleeping on my side. I seldom sleep on my back.

Hi there, how are you today? I mostly sleep on my right side and sometimes on my left but seldom on my back because I actually caught myself snoring when I was lying in that position. On the point of waking up sometimes, I could hear the sound and also I feel that my throat is dry, so I must have been snoring..lol. So, lying on the side in a foetal position is my most comfortable position.

I sleep on my side, nestled up to pillows. I'm almost in the fetal position. My husband says I curl up so much at times, he has a hard time snuggling up next to me. Due to neck, back and a shoulder problem, every pillow has to be just so or I will be in terrible pain. Sleeping on my back is a big no - no. I do snore. Hubby says I don't snore any where near as bad I use to. But, I know if I was to sleep on my back, I would be snoring. I don't see how people can sleep on their stomach. Maybe a part of it for me is due to my neck and back problems. Even if I didn't have those problems, I would feel like I was going to suffocate.

I've always slept on my side. Just super comfy. When I was younger I slept in more of a fetal position, but as I get older it gets more relaxed. I was told it was because I've gained more confidence in myself. Which is sort of strange. Though my sleeping pattern is sort of out of whack. Sometimes I don't sleep for a few days, sometimes I sleep for an entire day. It's very strange.
