i'm a young mom, .. and i feel sooo old!!!!

i'm 20 years old, and have a beautiful daughter, she's 13 months, but i can't stop feeling like i'm a lot older, the other day someone asked my age and i almost say 18, i felt terrible when i realize i'm no longer 18, i'm 20, i know that's young but maybe is my lifestyle, what can i do to feel better? to feel younger? or is it just a stage women go through and then i'm going to feel better? what can i do? anyone there who is a young mom???
