i sleep at around 5 or 6 in the morning...
i know its too late but i m habitual to it now....

Hi there...I also fall asleep in the early hours of the morning since I work all night long for one job and part of the day for another.

my sleeping habits is irregular. depending on what is my work schedule. kinda tough for me to adjust for i got a weekly shifting. i usually sleep 6 hours a day but that was before when i was not with my current job that i have now. lately i have been so much affected with the change schedules that i have had a sleeping disorder and that i sometimes have only 3 to 4 hours a day most of the days a week.
