It's a bright new day for cooking eggs and cheese,You'll cook golden cheese dishes like s gourmet chef. And egg dishes that used to be a lot of fuss and bother are fun to fix with the microwave.
Cooking eggs is an exellent illustration of one difference between conventional and microwave cooking. When you conventionally poach or shirr an egg, the outer or whte portion cooks first.
But in the microwave, the opposite happens. Because an egg yolk contains more fat than the white, it attracts more energy and cooks faster.
Lower power settings often are used for poached or shirred eggs,omelets and lighter.
Fluffer scrambled eggs.
The eggs used in there recipes are grade "A" large and at refrigerator temperature.

Interesting post. I also enjoy cooking in the microwave, it is very fast and convenient.
