When will india become a developed Country?

Predict when India will become a developed country. What needs to be done in order to reach the goal?

INDIA will be or become a developed country only when each and every individual of INDIA feel proud and responsible of being an INDIAN.

I heard a survey saying India will become developed by the end of 2020 year.I think it may take some more time to do it.

By 2030...According to the UN stuies and seperate studies by Indian authorities,India will become a developed nation by 2020.But things usually takes a bit more time..So I like to put that extra 10 years...
