My co-worker told me about something she saw as unfair in our work. She was given a bad evaluation because her work load got low. I found that a bit unfair because I was complaining of the same thing myself. In our department, we are 4 assistants. The other two assistants are on morning shift while she and I are on mid-shift. The 2 others are finishing all of the tasks during their shift so that when it is our time to work, we have nothing left to do. It is quite unfair because I know that one of these days, I will be given the same evaluation like that. I hate this job!
