why some members here go around and intimidate others!

Someone is tailing me and poking hatred on me whereby I don't even know who she is. My rating going down drastically. How a person expect to earn money here by giving such nasty postings!
Can anyone give your advice. I will appreciate it very much.

If you don't know who he/she is then how do you know there is someone tailing you? My advice would be to post quality posts and if it is only one person giving you negative ratings then the amount of people that give you positives will combat that. Don't post one word or one line responses and these will give you negative ratings and don't post off topic. If you follow these guidelines then your ratings will increase in no time =)
