Does MyLot pay us for starting discussions? even wen we get replies?

I had been inactive on MyLot for 2 days, and though i did not post on any topic, my discussions did recieve 10-15 responses, since i was inactive i couldnt leave comments to any of the responses.so i dont see even a penny increase in my earnings (though my referrals did give me money). Does this mean that they dont pay for active discussions? or is it that if you dont reply to others, your own discussions wont give you anything?? what do you think?

Well you have answered the question yourself and also for me too. Thanks. I was wondering the same thing.
I suppose it is fair really. You only get paid for what you actually put in - your posts.
The other people who posted on your discussions while you were away also got paid for what they put in.

We dont get paid for posting discussions if we did then mylot would go downhill as everyone would just post discussions and not reply to anything. We post discussions so we can reply to others and people can reply to ours. If no1 posted discussions then we would have nothing to reply to and then we would not earn anything. At the end of the day. It is fun to post discussions to see what people think about a certain topic that we ourselves want to talk about. I too was inactive for about 2 weeks in january as i went into hospital and my earnings did not increase but i got loads of responses to my discussions and find it great to find out what people think about stuff i find really interesting... hope this answers your question.

yes i suppose it does answer my question, and you get a best response for this :) cheers!! will keep this in mind coz i ve been posting discussions for quite some time and i was really enjoying it, dint know it doesnt pay.. lol. but thanks for your response.keep posting!

well my dear mylot is paying but only one time not in that you are getting responce and they are paying not fool they are..they are professional i am understanding what you wanted to say it is not easy to earn money...

i think that mylot onlyu pay for the respond, not from our discussion.or our comment.

I was having this question in my mind, infact I posted one discussion asking this. But no one was able to answer as everbdy login to mylot everyday. So we did not know that if we don't login and our discussion get replies we get paid or not.
I am glad you posted this. We have got our answer, thanks.

well , i am stil not sure if we have the answer, coz its just happened one time and considering the fact that mylot is extremely unpredictable, we just cant say anything. hope to have some more opinions from others about this! thanks for your response

They do pay, but the amount is trivial, i think. Even I was away for two days, my friends started around 130 discussions that filled my mailbox( including this discussion), I am busy answering them today. But as I signed in I found a slight increase in the earning, around 20 cents, but the thing is, it is added to not today's earnings, but the earnings of the day when the post was started by me.

i think if u r not an active user then uwill not receive any earnings,and u must respond to earn.
