Is sledging against the ethics of cricket?

i feel sledging will make the person who is at the recieving end to be more aggressive.But the agressiveness should be positively routed.. Wat do you think about it?

yeah....in modern day cricket everything is acceptable....sledging is an art i feel so....i makes uncomfortable....some time de batsman lose der kool...n get out sumtimes.....but tht dependz on de players mentalities
