In the past few years Origami has been seen on television in advertisements and have been great for introducing it to the world in a new way. How have you used your origami talents? Have you given away your art as many do, or made some money by selling it?

I always use origami as gifts. They're creative, beautiful, personal. And I love making them. Since last year though, I've also been using origami as a way of fundraising for Relay for Life... an annual event dedicated to raising money for the American Cancer Society. If you'd like to contribute, visit here (http://acsevents.org/relay/ca/ucdavis/nancyhsu). I love collecting donations by giving away my boxes, ornaments, flowers, etc. They're all going to a great cause =). I do still wonder about making actual profits from my hobby though. Why not right? I saw this site http://thousandfoldorigami.com. It's amazing!

I sell it, and I give it out as gifts. It is my profession, so I have customers around the world.
