Allergies or Cold?

I know this is kind of stupid but I can't tell if I am just having really bad allergies or a cold. I keep sneezing, my eyes are watering, my nose keeps running and my head hurts. My body is not achey, I dont have a fever. I just cant tell!

The easiest way to tell is - when you experience the symptoms, take an ALLERGY pill (ie. Benadryl, Claritin) - if the symptoms go away or lessen, then it was an allergy. If the symptoms continue then it's a cold.
Also, try to take notes what you were doing or eating at the time the symptoms started - could be a trigger that causes a reaction.
