help me i'm worried about my little girl

she's 13 months and she doesn't walk yet, many people tell me that she should be walking, i did some research and i found that if she doesn't walk until she's 16 months i have to take her to the doctor, is that true? because some people say that i better take her to see the doctor now, and this is my first daugther so i don't know what to expect, should i be worried?

I have heard of kids just refusing to walk until 15 months of age out of laziness or not wanting to learn. Since she is just over one, she needs to go to the pediatrician anyway for a check up. I would take her for that and mention her not walking. The pediatrician is the best person to get advice from on this topic.
