How I can get stars with numers?

Hello, I registred today and I don't know what are stars next to name. Stars have got some colors and numbers. How I can get stars? Thank you very much.

You will get a star after you reach 100 comments or posts. Make sure you post quality posts and comments. This will give you a better rating. Enjoy MyLot. There is a lot of interesting posts on here.

Thank you... And second question. I see all discussions in sum discussions or only discussions in my interests? I misunderstand it :( I have interests 4 forums. I want to see all forums from myLot. Can I?
