If you never had to worry about money again and never had to work what would you do with your life? Would you volunteer, travel, sit at home and watch TV?
I think I would travel a lot and volunteer at a group home or orphanage.

Well I am in that situation. Kind of. However we must all surely agree that there never ever can be enough money to do all you want to.
I am retired. We live comfortably but must watch what we spend.
I volunteer one day a week for the Red Cross Good neighbor program. I pick people up and take them to a center for fellowship and a good meal. Following that I take meals out to homebound. Following the meal I take the people back home.
While this is far from a major help to anyone it does provide a good meal and a chance to get out for people who can not do that on thier own. I find it very rewarding as everyone is very apprecitive of your effort.
My wife and I try to travel once a year. So far we have taken a cruise to the Western Caribbean....Mexican Riviera. We also have traveled to Hawaii and Las Vegas.
This year we plan to take a Eastern Caribbean Cruise.
Are we debt free? Oh No! But it is darn well worth it.
The best part of retirement is that you can do anything you want to. No more alarm clocks and rush our traffic.

I would travel. I would go shopping. I would share some. I would also invest a little.
