pubilc nuisance

its disgusting to see people releiving themselves on the roadsides in india. they are least bothered about the other users of the road. and are least ashamed, even if females walk on the road. what should be done to those people?

a program of awareness on this bad habit must be conducted. the first phase can be done at the schools and the offices wherein, information dissemination about the bad effects of the habit and the need to do away with it. slowly, this will influence the younger set of the populace. we might not be able to reform the old ones fast with their wrong attitudes on this one, but it is best that we do discipline the young ones as this will have a resounding effect on the on coming generations, too.
