can a women be charged for raping a man?

I dont hink that ever a woman can be charged of raping a man... And is this really possible????

in both cases whether men or women is involved in such type of sinful act, he / she must be punished in society then we can built better form of society and everybody can take a fresh air. we have celebrated 62 independence but till date we are not able to eradicate the same. why. because there is no law and if it is prevalent, then there is discrimination between the poor and the rich. recently in Aitraz women molested man and charges against them.
