Crossbronx pizza

Well the sauce is completely different it is very light and homemade. The crust is bready and crunchy at the same time. And the cheese is just right. THe slices are huge: One slice is almost the equivalent of a small pizza, or even a medium in some cases and it costs about $1.75. It is a very small pizzeria but the pizza is absolutely amazing. It is baked fresh everyday, every minute. They always have a lot of business, but the service is speedy and pleasant and you can always call in ahead of time to have a pizza customized and then pick it up. I am not kidding, this pizza is so good that I have had people get it for me as a birthday present. Even on xmas I would ask for a slice. I live in connecticut and make runs to NYC just so I can get a slice of CROSSBRONX pizza...yummy. Oh by the way they make other things such as gyros, etc.. I usually just eat the pizza and garlic bread..I LOVE IT ***********

Thanks for that detailed and yummy explanation...now I really am salivating! Unfortunately I live too far away to try this pizza...but when I am next in New York, I will look it up.
