Cauliflower Soup?

Does anybody have a good recipe for cauliflower soup? I had this at a friends house some years ago and it was lovely, I was meant to get the recipe from her but never got around to it before she moved away. The only things I know that it had in it were cauliflower and rice but it was absolutely packed with flavour. As my kids are big fans of my homemade tattie soup and homemade lentil soup I would like to try something different and they all like cauliflower so I thought this would be a good one to try.
