Why I Always to Feel Tension When I Meet Beautiful Girl

I always feel tension when I meet beautiful girl or talk with them. Why? I ever try to make me sedation and peace. I told me that it is nothing to meet beautiful girl. But I got nerves when meet girl again. This trouble me all the long time and I cann't do something to for it. How can I overcome this drawback?

Before you talk to someone beautiful take a deep breath, always calm and think that beatiful or not when they get old they will not beatiful anymore, be more socialize with joining more communities coz you will meet a lot of people and that will make you more confidence. Goodluck.. :)

Do not get tension in your head. Tension is actually required elsewhere in your body. IF you understand this, you will be alright.

I have the habit of get tension when I told to them. And now I try to tell to me not to get tension when I told to them. Thank you for your advice!
