I always treat my cat Jasmine like a person. She has such a sassy personality and shes so clingry that she doesn't feel like a normal pet to me. I had two cats growing up and I never thought of them like an actual person. It's so strange...

when I got my cats they were not eating on thier own or going to the bathroom on their own so I had to take care of them like infants, and by not having a mother cat raise them , they think their people, so thats how I treat them.

I always treat my cat Luna like a person. I see that your cat is a Tortie. They are supposed to be sassy. Luna is a Tortie too. She is very demanding. She is a lot like a person. I consider her to be one of my best friends. I buy her the best stuff - I play with her. Give her treats. I talk to her like she is a person. Sometimes - and this is the weirdest thing - is that I get sad because I wish I could take her places with me... like Disney. I know she would probably hate it... (she hates going outside) but I still wish she could go everywhere with me. Does that make me crazy?

my cat is my baby..he's not my pet, he's my friend, and very special to me. I treat him, and prefer his company better than some people!...lol. No, Kitt is not a cat, he's a person, he has his own personality, he acts like a person, and he is my little world.

After watching Garfield the movie, I got everything in my head messed up. I try to mind read my cat everytime and give him much more that what he desires from life. I am afraid I will drive him insane and he would end being a lazier and fatter cat than Garfield.
