lunch break nap

Do you take a nap at your office during lunchbreak? Do you think it is unfair to do so? If you own a company, would you allow your employees to do it?

If I own my a company ?. Sure why not, I would let my employees to take a nap. I couldn't see the harm of that, quick nap does make people fresh and it is good if my employee are more alert and fresh.
When it is lunch break it a employee free time, as a employer I couldn't do anything about it. Employees are free to do what ever they want ranging from taking nap, lunch, reading and work as long as they doing his work after the break is over. That is just my opinion of cause and I can't speak for all employer .
