I'm not sure you ever really do. I would venture to guess that there is always a fear there because it's "all up to you" when it's your business and you will either fail or flourish because of your own actions, thoughts and determination. Even if it becomes successful you will question "What if?". I think even Bill Gates wonders sometimes...even if he does have enough money to live forever without ever making a buck again. It's a matter of inner strength and determination to succeed.

I would say that you read some business books. How the famous businessmen make it BIG just before they started. I would recommend to you reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and "Before I Quit My JOb" by Robert Kiyosaki. THey are very nice books. It was also my guide when I am also starting a business. You can also read Jim ROhn's book. I'm sure you'll learn a lot.

Hi! Thanks for the advice! As it turns out, my dad had Rich Dad Poor Dad and he was going to throw it out, but my mom told him to keep it, so he just gave it to me! How great is that? I was going to go out and buy it and now I don't have to! :-)

welcome each business venture as a new opportunity.
just like life, there are no guarantees that it will succeed. but the beauty in having failed quite a number of times is that you get to see your strengths and weaknesses.
never think of failure in a negative light; rather, think of it as an experience to grow.
good luck!

Hi! Thanks for the great advice! It reminds of a quote from Grumpy Old Men - "The only things in life you regret are the risks you didn't take." Thanks again! :-)

Fear is not constructive and will keep you down. Pray, and go forward. Ask the Lord to open doors He wants for you, and to close doors He doesn't want for you. Then step out and start again. Many successful people have failed and failed, but kept going back. So, go for it my friend and good luck.
