Your daughter stole from work but if you report her she loses her job..

You find out your daughter stole a large sum of money from her workplace. No one knows she did it. If you report her she will lose her job and may end up in jail. If you don't report her she may do it again because she doesn't seem worried about what she did.
You need to teach her a lesson, but don't want to ruin her life.
She is only 19 and it was all about clothes and teenage stuff.
What would you do?

she'lll learn her lesson eventually i would just bring it too her attention that it is wrong and that she could lose her job

Wouldn't you be scared that she got away with it, doesn't seem bothered so will probably do it again, and that her eventual lesson might be to go to jail?
