How many hours of sleep?????????????????

How many hours of sleep is needed for a normal man, i heard that if a normal man has eight hours of sound sleep he vll b fresh for the day............ is it true???????????

well i dont sleep to often.. actually i hate sleeping or being sleepy.. so i sleep for around 10 hours only.......

hey you sleep for TEN hours and you say only ten hours! I think you are exactly opposite to what your response is :)
