I always try to have a smiling face to control myself from bursting out and damaging my health at the stupidity going around me.

My name is SADAANAND meaning always happy SADA = always, ananda = happiness. True to this, I am very happy always, keep smiling most of the time. I look at the life as if life is my best friend. I see happiness in problems too, because it is nice to keep solving the problem.

its funny you asked this question..especially seeing as though I always made it a practice not to smile..the thought was "why smile, there is nothing to be happy about" and earilier today, I realized that there are many reasons to smile..someone at work told me that if you are all frowny around everyone, you can affect their mood too..so I made it a practice to smile more often
