Why those topics always so hot?

I noted that those topics which have the work "$, earning, mylot, money, make money online, cash" were always so hot, they got lots of responses!
such as:
"I got $4.2 yesterday..."
"mylot paid me $99 for last month..."
"why mylot pay me more and more..."
"tips for earning $2 each day..."
.........
I was wondering why are the "money" related topics usually so hot???

I think the big reason why mylot topics of money are so popular is because many have joined this website to earn money. They want to know the secrets of earning a lot everyday. And on ways to improve. I'm interested to read posts on it and happy that others have improved their earning status. But that shouldn't be the only important post here.

every one wants to get rich.. and most of bloggers here wants to increase their earnings rapidly.. in one discussion, most of bloggers say that they join mylot because of "good discussions" and they want to help.. but i noticed, it is more of money-related discussions that get more replies than those which needs help.. yah, family-related also get many replies,..
