I didn't make a new years resolution, as I knew that I would not keep it. So, I didn't bother. I am under too much stress lately to add to it. :)

My resolution was to change my eating habits that is better for my pre-diabetic phase. As long as I keep my diet under control, I will not have to worry about medication. So, I am sticking to my change of eating habits and I am pretty proud of myself!!! :)
I do allow myself times to cheat just a little here and there. But that was something I told myself that I would as long as I did not go overboard with the times that I allow myself more.

I'm up and down with my diet... haven't been going to the gym like I should. I am still procrastinating about half the time... and I'm doing excellent on my reading list. I'm halfway to my goal and the year isn't even half over.

I have a new years resolution last year to get back in shape because i am getting big. Unfortunately, because i was always dally dallying getting into a workout class i am not getting anywhere to losing a pound. I am trying to eat more veggies now, less meat and carbo. I can say i am getting there, done with the adjustment period of this whole new diet plan.
