I have been struggling to shed some weight off my body. I'm not overweight but I have flabs around my waist and on my arms and I hate looking in the mirror. I've tried weight loss teas, capsules. I've tried exercising and watching what I eat and it's not working. Do you have anything to share about this? I really really need some helpful tips.

Exercise, Diet and Diet Timing have to be coordinated. Give it about 6 months to show good results. You will sart seeing the effect within a month. There may be a period of 2 months where you dont see any results. Continue the plan during this period. This is the time when the body is ADAPTING TO THE NEW REALITY THAT YOU WILL CONTINUE EXERCISE. THE BODY NEVER ACCUMULATES FAT IN THE REGULARLY USED PARTS.
Exercise : At least 30 mins daily, however an hour is ideal. Jogging, with intermittent bursts of speed for upto 2-3 mins. Squats to be performed in 3 sets of 10 or more repetitions. Lots of bending exercises front and sideways also. Abdominal crunches in 3 sets of 15-25 if you do not get back pain by doing it. At least 3-4 mins of rapid punching in the air, like boxers repeated 3 times. FIRST THE FAT WILL STOP ACCUMULATING. LATER IT WILL START MOVING AWAY.
Diet: Have a protein rich, low carb, low fat and fibre rich diet. INCLUDE WALNUTS, OLIVE OIL, FLAXSEED / FLAXSEED OIL OR FISH OIL CAPS IN YOUR REGIMEN. THEY HAVE OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS, WHICH ARE VERY HELPFUL IN THIS PROCESS.
Diet Timing: Recent evidence has shown that, when the stomach is empty for more than 3 -4 hours , starvation signals are activated. This slows down our metabolic rate. A very large % of the food we eat afterwards get stored as Fat. So the trick is HAVE HEAVY BREAKFAST AND SMALL EATS EVERY 3-4 HOURS. This will also reduce your chances of developing 'Metabolic Syndrome' or Diabetes in future.
