Actually neither of those are true. If the tattoo is done in a reputable shop that uses USDA approved inks then there is no risk to the health beyond the possibility of you being allergic to the ink. Also, as long as the tattoo is done in a reputable shop that follows the legal guidelines you can donate blood again after 1 year.

i don't have a tattoo and does not want to have one because i don't see tattoos as an art like what other people say. besides, what will happen to the tattoo when i get old. it'll be ugly because of the wrinkled skin and all. i don't have anything against people with tattoos, i really just don't like it.

I don't have a tattoo but I would like to have one but the problem is my wife doesn't like it, she thinks its a gangster or that I'm desecrating my body. My view on this is that I think people with tattoo just want to express themselves and therefore its a form of expression. Some find it artistic. If given a chance I would like to have a koi fish tattoo like the one Brandon Boyd, the singer of Incubus has. It has a good meaning and the artwork is great! I would not like tattoos that are too gory or have relationships with the devil or the occult. That's kinda freaky.

i dont like tattooswith a devil face on it..tattoos are known as a work of art and in some old culture tattoos are sign as a high rank..there's really nothing wrong about it beside the fact that it was so painful..hehehe..i also like that koi fish tattoo..its kinda cool..

At my age I have enough lines on my body :D But seriously, I would have to be a very big fan of the artist to allow him/her to use my skin for the canvas for their work. If any mark gets put on my body, it is going to have to be my own work, and not anyone else.
