Do you like watching movies in theatres or at home?

i love watching movies in theatres..the real effort and magnificience is obvious when you watch them in theatres..sometimes when i watch it in home, i'll feel it would have been better off in a theatre!

For me, it depends on the type of movie, if you are watching a lovestory, then I think it would be better to watch it at home. If something with a high-tech scene then it would be better to watch it in a theater, and also the horror movie, I like the sound of people yelling together.

1, thatres are not situated near to my residence 2. The ticket rates are prohibitively exhorbitant 3. There is always large number of people for limited seats. 4. The overhead costs like dinner/lunch, travelling expenses and ticket cost -- it is going to be expensive affair. 5. I prefer to watch movie at home.

i like watching at theatres, there's nothin like watchin in big screen together with your friends or a loved one. i dunno for me, watchin at home wasn't really comfortable especially when the ambiance is the same old place you see everyday

Me too... it reallly depends on the mood and availability. But i think cinema halls are better, in home theres smthing cropping everytime during the movie n u get disturbed becoz of it.

well i like watching movies in the theatre as well as home, well if its a trip in the weekend with family or friends its cool to finish the outing with a movie... and say im not upto going out then i just simply watch movies at home with my family and cook for them n we enjoy our homely get together..

the theatres atmosphere makes you more concentrated, but at home you get distracted
