weight gaining medicine???

I've known a lot of people using this medicine primarily to gain weight. For all I know, this medicine is steroid. A lot of people taking this experience weight gain because they said they are always hungry while taking this medicine. Anybody here who can enlighten me on the effect of this medicine specially it's steroidal effect????
