Videogames that have high levels of action can actually improve vision by 20% !

Researchers at the university of Rochester have shown that people who played videgames for a few hours a day over he course of a month improved by about 205 in their ability to identify letters presented in clutter- avisual acuity test.
Video games changes the way our brain processes visual information. It enhances the spatial resolutin of vision i.e they could see figure like those on an eye chart more clearly even when other symbols crowded in.
Isnt that a wonderful news for gamers. Now all the morer reason to play video games. What say

yup. more the video games more the better.
its been proven before actually i think...i had read somewhere that video games of defined types do help in improving accuracy in vision,excercise the hand if it is suffering some abnormality,also improve the brain functions of the mentally retarded...true naa?
