im on a laptop right now too.. but i have a lcd monitor... it is definetly worth it. crt has more radiation than lcd monitors, and lcd monitors are a good room saver.. you would definitely want to invest in a LCD. you will not regret it.

I have CRT but i am planing to buy LCD, LCD monitor are very costly in my country so i can't buy it yet. i am also waiting for low prices, but i also recommend quality LCD, Reliable and Valueable. I don't know which is the best company for it but i will buy new lcd monitor in near future.

Not sure that the liquid crystal monitors would be good in my life. My current flat screen crt is doing just fine. Would have to be economical and add to my computing experience for me to wish to get myself one. I guess that it all depends on how things go in the future.

In the office I use a very old monitor. I do not think I receive a new :(, at home I have only a laptop.

NO i don't I'm still using my old crt monitor, but I still like this monitor, its allready flat, someday I will buy lcd monitor if the price if getting more competitive than today price tag, using lcd monitor definatelly makes my electricity bill lower than usual.

i have a samsung lcd flat screen..it was a gift from my uncle which is a seaman..i totally take good care of it..it was a black with silver lining on the side..

All the monitors I have in my homes are lcd. It's a great space saver and it doesn't consume that much power. LCD monitor prices have gone down drastically through the years. I remember a few years back they would cost around $500 for just a 15 incher but now you can have a 19 incher for just under $300. My monitors are at 24 inches.
