i am looking an answer for this- india and china will be the super power by 2020, india is blessed with human resources, we have quantity but i think we are not having much quality here, if we can improve the quality of human resources our country will definitely become the super power- do you have any idea to improve the quality of indians - if you are an indian you should reply for this
