I do some warm-up excercises, like cycling, running and skip ropes to burn fats and to awaken my muscles. When on lifting, I do concentrate first on my chest by push ups and bench press. Do some dumble curls for my biceps and sit-ups to workout my stomach!;)

I just do some simple work out like jumping walking, biking and some abs work out. I also do some simple stretching for we all need to have simple work out for our bloood to circulate.

i like yoga and thai chi i like the meditative state that they can put you in it is like a work out for your mind body and spirit all rolled up in to one...
