I'd say the best three movies of all time would be 1. The Godfather 2. Cinema Paradiso-- an Italian independent film 3. Casablanca, simply because of its timelessness as a film I think independent and foreign films are usually the better films because they are less focused on the marketing and capital of their film, and more focused on telling a story; in my experience, the most touching films have been independent French, Italian, and Indian (Bollywood) films.
