people you affect with your decisions or do you take their welfare into consideration? I have made several decisions that have adversly affected people in my past that I regret doing now, but we can not turn back time either. I recently fired a man because he failed to clean his work area up before he left work, even though he always came in a little early to clean up, but the real reason was I had a new employee in mind and I was looking for an excuse.As it turned out so far the new employee is always late and does'nt produce the way the old one did. Wish I could reverse my decision and get thins back to normal but haven't been able to contact old employee.
