how many of us have learned from our mistakes...?

as we are human beings...so, its but obvious, that we all commits mistakes somewhere in our life, but i wonder, that why many of us di'nt learn from our mistakes, and just carry on with the same deeds again..! really, if we commi a mistake in our life...and for that w may suffered, then we must be cautious of that mistakes so that we may not suffer from the same evils in our future...! when it comes to me...i really, learn everything from my mistakes and realy, i am very cautious in eliminating the factors..! just tell me, how many of us, just learn from our mistakes..?
