I like both online and offline shopping for my computer products. I find that for certain things I buy from newegg.com, things like ram and graphics cards. Other things I buy at my local compusa, such as fans, switches, cases, etc. I was just wondering what you guys did.

What is the name of the store? Is it a chain? Or is it just a single store? What are the prices like?

depending on the product it depends on where i get it from, if its something really important that i just wont risk buying from someplace without a warranty on it, i go to comp usa they have treated me well and are well priced. If its something a little less important i tend to use the good old ebay to do it because it works.

I know what you mean. I go to newegg and get important stuff there like motherboards, and I will sometimes get something that my computer needs right away, to fix it up, from compusa because they are fast and I get a good price. If I can wait though I will get it off newegg or zipzoomfly. They come with warrantees as well if you buy them, as well as manufacturer warrantees :).

I am loyal to PC Express, it is a local Computer Superstore here in the Philippines.

Sounds interesting. Do they have all the products you need? Or do you get certain stuff online as well. Even here in the great U.S. I can't find everything I want. But i'm glad that you keep to local stores, they usually are the best :).

I've had some really good experiences buying on ebay as well as selling. I remember about 2 years ago when I fetched some PC3200 ram , 512 mb, for only 33$! It still runs perfect in my pc and i've had no problems with it. I wish the latency was higher though :(.
