Under what circumstances do you think the death penalty should be used in? Do you think the death penalty is over used? What methods do you think should be used to kill? Also post your own questions to ask me or any other reader viewing.

I thinkn it should be used only for serial offenders who have commited many murders or pedophaelic acts. Also it should be threatned on criminals who don't leanr their lesson after a jail sentance. But in the bible as they say..an eye for an eye
