Is internet 2 is going to be used by the lastmile user or not..? becoz most of the fund in invention of that been done by corporates and universities.. ?

Title itself seems to be as legalised one towards organisations with maximum redsecrets. Inclusion of satellite linked atm's. Big welcome to internet 2 towards lesser rush in net revolution.
