Anyone know who the mother of Ben's child is? Is she on the island? I'm pretty sure it's not Julia- but ya never know??
You guys like last nights show?? I thought it was great- I'm glad they flashbacked on Julia.. Shows us the "Others" are normal people too.

Ben doesn't have a child. The Others stole
Alex from Russo (French woman) after the
baby was born. They have simply convinced
Alex that Ben is her father.
It is nice to see at least one of the Others
is sane. We learned Juliet is being held against
her will for some strange reason. I'm sure we'll
learn more about that.
Last nights show was awesome and of course weird
at the same time. What's with Carl (Alex's boyfriend)
and the sensory overload chamber! How bizarre.
Maybe Carl can shed a little more light about the Others.
I'm also wondering if Juliet's sister is still alive
and with the child.

Yeah, it's still up in the air who Alex's
parent is, Ben or Danielle. I still believe
Russo was pregnant when she was stranded.
I seem to remember that.
Juliet's captivity came as a complete shock
to me as well. However, how do we know it's
true. We didn't hear what Ben and her talked
about. It could all be part of the Others
psychological games. I can't wait for next
week either. Thanks for the nod.

Hmm, good question... I have no idea, but I like the suggestion that it's the French woman's! I love the flash back scenes, because then you get a real feel for the characters... I thought it was a great show and I've been hearing more and more that the directors are going to start answering some questions instead of just giving us more and more questions!

Oh I hope so--- We have so many questions going into a new show and then they don't answer them but create many more-
I love Lost though-- I think it could go on for years and then end it. I hope in the end they make some sense of things. I didn't watch the first hour of it from 9-10

I thought that her mother was the French woman Danielle. I was happy to see them focusing a bit more on "the others" and their lives before they came to the island. Ben said he had lived on the island all of his life. I am waiting for an explanation for that. But, I try not to think about it in too much depth. I would rather let the cards fall where they may and sit back and enjoy it while it happens.

I'm not sure who Ben's child's mother is but I was wondering if it was the french woman on the island? Remember she said she had a baby. On the other hand I could be wrong. :)

I'm pretty sure I agree with that. I remember perfectly her earlier appearances and the first time I heard her name and saw her age I knew it must be Rousseau's lost daughter. Of course, this show throws so many twists at you that it may not be true after all... but for the time being I stand firm in my belief that it is indeed Rousseau's kid!
Of course, the other twist that could easily be worked in now (Lost producers always give themselves *some* backdoors for twists) is that Alex is J's sister's daughter... but doubtful due to her age. I'm sticking with Rousseau's daughter.

I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!
Well I would love to think that Alex is Russo's daughter, but there's just one thing ..... didn't Russo say that Alex was her SON??? Anyone remember that? And hey here's a theory, what if Russo was with Ben and all the others and what if she did go a bit mental and they got tired of her they could have put her on the other island on her own. What do you guys think of that?

I really think it's the French woman. But I can't seem to remember all the details....was she pregnant when she got to the island? Did she become pregnant by Ben later on? There are so many questions.
