How often does your spouse compliment you, or do they?

My husband compliments me on a daily basis. He makes me feel as though I'm on top of the world and makes me feel beautiful everday. I on the other hand don't compliment him as much as I should. Does your husband make you feel beautiful, your wife make you feel handsome everyday, or even at all? How much do you compliment each other and do you think it's necessary all the time? I don't think that it is everyday but they should know that you still think they're good looking. Keeps you feeling attractive and closer I think.

You are all very lucky to be complimented. My hubby doesn't compliment me unless I go out of my way to be all dolled up for him.It really sucks,We have a good relationship but it sure would be nice to know he still thinks I'm beautiful just being me.

Oh of course. Especially us at home mom's who can't even find the time sometimes to get all dolled up with putting the time into the kids and everything else. My hubby does though, even when I don't get all fixed up, but I know, it's nice just knowing he thinks you're beautiful even without all the make-up. Do you compliment him even though he doesn't compliment you?

Neither of us are too good with the "you're pretty, you're handsome" compliments. Accepting them, I mean. So instead we often give compliments on other things. A lot of "I really appreciate when you..." or "You're really good at..."

Well that's just as good I believe, it's better than not getting complimented at all. I'd be worrying than. Thanks.

Oh wow, that's nice. I hope to be able to say the same thing about my husband and relationship that many years down the road. We're going on 9 years now and I love the way our relationship is going and how much he compliments me. I think I need to work at complimenting him more though, he really deserves it. Thanks much for responding.

Well, that's just as great that he tells you he loves you that much throughout the day. Thanks for responding.

Oh you are a very lucky woman to be complimented every day, no my husband does not make me feel beautiful every day some times he does and it does make me feel great when he does. We do compliment each other but not every day as it would just sound not right but when the other one does something special or is going out we will compliment each other at these times., and youo are right it does make you feel more attractive and closer to each other.

I don't have a spouse, but my girlfriend is great when it comes to compliments; she doesn't do it constantly, because I know that she'd be forcing it, but she says them at the most perfect times like..when I take my shirt off, or when she puts her hands up my shirt and while rubbin' my stomach she looks up at me and says, in the cutest tone, too, mind you "I like your stomach." I think it's just the way she says them so sincerely. I know she loves me and the way I look. and I try to do the same for her whenever possible. She's beautiful and deserves to feel beautiful. ^.^ I love you baby!

My spouse and I compiment each other. We don't on a daily basis, but when the opportunity arises. We are each other's biggest fan so that helps.
