I'm lost and I need to find my way

Do you have a good sense of direction? Or do you always find yourself lost? What do you usually do when you can't find your way to your destination?
I'm bad at directions that I always wonder how I always get back home safety. I once wonder around a red district alone late at night because I couldn't find the road where I can get my ride home.

I am lucky enough to have an incredible sense of direction - I can always tell what direction I came from, so I'm never worried about getting lost.
The safest way to go is to carry a map with you, just in case, and don't panic if you get lost! My mom has a horrible sense of direction and always freaks out when she gets lost, but if you stay as calm as you can, it's a lot easier to logically work your way out of a situation.

Good for you. I can't read a map. But unlike your mother I never freaks out or at least I always manage to look not lost. I think what's worst than being lost is for bad people to know that you are.

I have no sense of direction either. I have to have someone tell me over and over again or write it down for me on how to get to a place (especially if its my first time). Now i print off written instructions using yahoo maps or mapquest so i know exactly what street to take to get to where i'm going.

I have an absolutely horrible sense of direction. Mapquest is the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I always print out directions before I go anywhere (and have still managed to get lost on more than one occassion)

I have no sense of direction whatsoever! I'm terrible at reading a map as well. Usually I have to go someplace five or six times (and the same way every time) before I will remember which way to go to get there on my own. Thankfully I've only been really lost once. It took a bit of time but I did find the way to go to get home. Now I have a cell phone, so if it happens again, I'll just call someone to come get me, lol.
